Annual
Year-end & compilation engagements
We prepare compilation engagement financial statements under CSRS 4200, along with year-end adjusting entries and working papers your bank, your lender or the CRA can work from.
Corporate
Corporate tax — T2
We file your corporate income tax returns and plan your instalments, and we work through the owner-manager questions that come with them: salary versus dividends, shareholder loans, and how to take money out of the company sensibly.
Personal
Personal tax — T1
We prepare personal returns including self-employment, rental and investment income, and we support you when the CRA sends a review letter or asks for documentation.
Startup
Incorporation & business setup
We handle Alberta incorporations end to end — NUANS name search, intake and filing — then set up the CRA program accounts a new company needs: business number, GST and payroll.
Ongoing
Payroll & source deductions
We set up and run your payroll, remit source deductions on schedule, issue T4 and T4A slips at year-end, and prepare records of employment when staff move on.
