We talk through your business, the state of your books, and what is coming up in the year ahead. No charge, and no obligation to go further.

Scope and fee in writing
We send an engagement letter setting out exactly what is included and what it costs before any work starts. No surprises when the invoice arrives.

Kept current, not caught up
We keep your books reconciled, track your filing deadlines, and call you when something needs a decision — not email you after the fact.
Fees
We quote a fixed scope and fee, agreed in writing before work begins. Where the work genuinely changes — a year of catch-up bookkeeping nobody knew about, a CRA review — we quote the change and agree it with you before doing it, rather than billing you after.
